• A tertiary level of education or similar: either a diploma or degree in a related field (engineering, electrical)
• Experienced in development, design, and operational coordination of technical projects. Ideally will have experience in an ELV setting.
• Proficient with use of ACad. Ideally experience in Revit.
• A valid license to drive in Malta.
• A confident leader, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Preferably fluent in both English and Maltese languages
• Preference will be given to candidates with the relevant qualifications, experience and possession or else preparation to obtain the Engineering Profession warrant.

This role involves managing the full lifecycle of technical bids and proposals, coordinating across departments to ensure timely, high-quality submissions, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate bid preparation, ensuring compliance with technical and commercial requirements

• Review enquiries and develop costed, workable solutions

• Lead proposal processes, delegate tasks, and track progress across departments

• Maintain organized documentation and ensure proper use of internal systems and file structures

• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and consultants to ensure smooth enquiry handling and timely submissions

• Support purchasing and subcontractor management when required
